PSG know they’ve a match point now in Manuel Ugarte deal as personal terms have been agreed after salary improved last night. Talks ongoing with Sporting to complete the deal. 

Chelsea have still no intention to match the new conditions offered by PSG.

The previous updates was, Chelsea are pulling out of the Manuel Ugarte race, PSG are now in the lead to sign the player! 

Player was open to Chelsea move — but PSG have offered more and Chelsea are not willing to pay well above what they consider Ugarte’s “market rate”. But now it remains as it is.
