THE FACT THAT SIMBA'S JERSEYS ARE STUCK IN THE PORT A CASE OF QUALITY

Fans of Simba Club may miss the chance to have a special Jersey during the Simba Festival 'Simba Day' on Monday 'August 08' at Benjamin Mkapa Stadium in Dar es Salaam.

So far, Simba SC has not introduced new jerseys for the next season of the Premier League, the Confederations Cup and the International Championships coordinated by the Confederation of African Football 'CAF'.

The Information and Communications Manager of Simba SC Ahmed Ally has said that until now the club along with the Designer and Official Dealer of the Club's Sports Equipment company Vunja Bei continue to fight the challenges that have caused the next season's jerseys to be out of time.

Ahmed Ally has made the issue clear when he was interviewed by the Wasafi FM channel, today Friday 'August 08' through the Sports Arena program broadcast in the morning.

"The jerseys have not been blocked at the port by (TBS) because of poor quality and not because they have failed to pay the tax as some people say,"

"It's not normal and it's not right not to announce our Jerseys until today! There is something unusual that has caused the delay and it is not that they are stuck at the port"

"The process of changing the Trustee started in the 6th month and it took some time, you agree but tomorrow the trustee comes up with other ideas."

"If we had stayed with the previous sponsor, we would have had a new jersey much sooner," said Ahmed.
